Exomine is the result of T-Lab’s continuous investment in research and innovation, providing a completely autologous method to harvest platelet-derived exosomes. The kit facilitates the release of billions of vesicles by causing stress to the platelets within PRP through a microlyzer cutting tool and uniquely designed PRF tube, making this a truly revolutionary exosome treatment. Exomine achieves an approximate count of 4-5 billion vesicles per ml. The Technology 1. The Microlyzer Blade. The 600um Microlyzer has specially designed blades and structure to induce stress on blood cells, leading to the release to billions of vesicles.
