A local anaesthesia is applied, before three small skin grafts are taken from the area 2. The skin grafts are mixed with either a saline solution or PRP and passed through the 600um Microlyzer 15 times. This is then passed once through the 150um Microlyzer filter, which removed unwanted fibrotic tissues.
