What happens with client disputes?
If a client disputes a payment after making a deposit for treatment, the clinic or practitioner must handle it. Any losses will come out of their future deposits or from their Ryft account or direct bank account.
Ryft, the company that processes our payments, charges a £15 fee for each dispute. If the clinic or practitioner loses the dispute, they have to pay this fee which will be deducted from the card on file
