Immediate Post-Treatment Care
Do not lie down for at least 4 hours after the treatment. Lying down may cause the botulinum toxin to migrate to unintended areas.
Avoid massaging or rubbing the treated area to prevent the product from spreading to surrounding muscles.
Stay upright for the next 4 hours to ensure optimal results.
Activity Restrictions
Avoid strenuous physical activity (e.g., intense exercise, heavy lifting) for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
Avoid hot environments such as saunas, hot tubs, and tanning beds for 24 hours to minimise the risk of bruising or swelling.
Do not perform facial treatments (e.g., facials, microdermabrasion) for at least 24–48 hours after treatment.
Post-Treatment Side Effects
The following side effects are common and temporary. If they persist or worsen, please contact your practitioner:

Minor asymmetry or unevenness in facial muscles may occur but will resolve with time.
Drooping of eyelids or eyebrows (in rare cases), which may resolve within a few days to weeks.
Avoiding Complications
Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours post-treatment to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling.
Do not touch or apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours after the procedure. If necessary, use a gentle cleanser to wash the area.
Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid using tanning beds for 24 hours to prevent irritation and swelling.
Follow-Up Appointments
A follow-up consultation is recommended between 7 to 14 days after the treatment to assess the results and determine whether any adjustments are needed.
If you are not satisfied with the results or notice any unusual side effects, please schedule an appointment with your practitioner for further evaluation.
