The Perfect 10 by Helena

Helena was amazing at adjusting the massage to my needs in early pregnancy. She focused on my upper back and set up an extremely comfortable seated position to allow me to still enjoy the relaxation benefits offered by the treatment. Helena offered me extra blankets to keep warm and selected an unfragranced oil to support my needs. Her attention to detail is incredible!

Helena was amazing: welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. The massage was thoroughly relaxing and exactly what I needed. The treatment room is cozy and beautifully appointed, with calming music and scents to soothe the senses.
