I'm a registered mental health nurse, independent non medical prescriber v300 I qualified in prescribing, January 2020, 22 years healthcare and 13 years qualified nursing and I've been doing aesthetics prescribing since April 2020. I cover Anti-wrinkle, all brands, emergency kit such as adrenaline, and also hydralonaise emergency use for fillers or elective dissolve. I am also competent in the prescribing and administration of vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Vitamin D Fully insured to prescribe within Clinic environments and I'm insured with insync for my indemnity. I am registered with Acre, Millennium, teleta, faces app, telta, Fox and Chruch pharmacy but happy to register with your preferred pharmacy. I cover the Harrogate District area (up to 30 minutes drive) I work full time as a community nurse 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, so I offer evening service. Full face to face consultation, medical history and pre/post care support prior to my prescription issuing I tend to say available from after 5.30pm (but obviously the drive to Skipton it would be 6.30/7pm!) and can be available alternative Saturdays when my son is at his dad's. I cover lots of amazing practitioners, everyone is always peaks and troughs with their client in take so I do work on a first come first served basis so if you're booking a session try and give a couple of weeks notice as i have work life etc to balance.
